Installation and Functions
1. Freeze storage compensation: Hold excess
antifreeze during thermal expansion and contraction,automatically compensate for the cooling systemliquid level, and avoid high water shortages.
2. Pressure relief and pressure regulation protection: It isequipped with a built-in pressure cover to balance pipelinepressure, preventing water pipe bulging and tank cracking;
3. Liquid level pre-monitoring (sensor type):Water autonomous cab alarm, timely coolantreplenishment, and engine cylinder protectionbody;
4. Exhaust gas collects pipe air, reduces air resistance,improves heat dissipation efficiency, and prevents hightemperatures from being easily exposed to long-distance heavyoads.

Integral injection molding thickened transparent PPmaterial, resistant to low temperatures as minus 40°Cresistant to high temperatures of 120°C, remains brittleand crack-free after prolonged antifreeze immersion,and completely prevents leakage.
Factory-level precision hole positior
The original vehicle mold opening, fixed bracket, waterpipe interface, and installation holes are fully
matched. They require sanding and modification, andthe original vehicle’s old water tank can be directly
replaced.
3. Sealed leak-proof components
The aging-resistant rubber pressure cover is
equipped with a stable pressure relief valve,
ensuring no water seepage during bumping orclimbing conditions; the interface is free of burrs,and the tubing is tightly sealed.

2. Plastics become white and brittle due toaging, and suffer from high water
shortages;
3. The sensor level alarm fails, making it
impossible to monitor water volume;

and abnormal pipeline pressure.
Installation Tips
When replacing, simultaneously inspect the water pipeclamps and sealing rings; after adding antifreeze, drainthe air from the pipeline to avoid air blockage and hightemperatures; in northern winters, it is recommended touse long-lasting antifreeze coolant to slow plastic aging
